Water Meter Replacement

Almost all water meters have now been replaced. November 2020 is the first water bill for many residents after the new meter installation. Your bill may be lower or higher than usual. This is due to any difference between water use that had been estimated and the acutal reading on your old meter when it was replaced. If you need to make payment arrangement, please contact Elsa Thompson at treasurer@harrismn.com. 

People Service, the city's waster and wastewater service provider, will be contacting you for access to the meter. Installation should take about an hour. If you are not available at the time of initial contact, please respond with a time that you will be available.
